Members may voluntarily provide health information through the Member Hub, including information such as:

• blood pressure readings;
• blood sugar readings;
• health screening information; and
• other health information specifically requested through the platform.

Providing health information is optional unless clearly stated otherwise.

Why We Collect Health Information

We collect this information to support member health, safety and wellness activities within Coastline Striders, including maintaining member health records and recording health screenings carried out through the club.

We will not use health information submitted through the Member Hub for unrelated purposes without informing the member and obtaining any consent that may be required.

How We Protect Your Information

Access to health information is restricted to the member and authorised Coastline Striders personnel who require access for the purposes described above.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Consent

Before submitting health information through the Member Hub, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to Coastline Striders collecting and storing the health information you provide for the purposes described in this notice.

If you do not wish to consent, you should not submit health information through the Member Hub.

Providing health information through the Member Hub is voluntary.

Your Rights

You may request to:

• access the personal information Coastline Striders holds about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• withdraw your consent to the collection and storage of optional health information; or
• request deletion of health information where applicable.

Requests may be submitted to Coastline Striders administrators.

Data Retention

Health information will only be kept for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to This Notice

Coastline Striders may update this notice when necessary. When material changes are made, the updated notice and revision date will be made available through the Member Hub.
